Your privacy is very important to us. This Privacy Notice sets forth the policies
of ARIS Capital Management, LLC with respect to non-public personal information
of its investors, prospective investors and former investors. These policies may
be changed at any time provided a notice of such change is given to you.
We do not disclose non-public personal information about our clients/investors or
former clients/investors to third parties other than as described below. We collect
information about you (such as your name, address, e-mail address, social security
number or tax identification number, bank and brokerage account numbers, financial
situation, investments, withdrawals, transaction history and other personal information)
from our discussions with you, and from documents that you deliver to us in the
course of providing services to you.
We may use this information to provide services to you, to open an account for you,
to process a transaction for you, or otherwise in furtherance of our business. In
order to service your account and effect your transactions we may provide your personal
information to our affiliates and to firms, such as a clearing broker, a bank, our
administrator, our attorneys, accountants and auditors, that assist us in servicing
your account and have a need for such information.
We may be required by law to disclose information about our investors in order to
accept investments. We will also release information about you if you direct us
to do so or consent thereto, if compelled to do so by law, or in connection with
any government or self regulatory organization request or investigation.
We may also disclose information you provide to us to companies that perform marketing
services on our behalf. If such a disclosure is made, we will require such third
parties to treat your information with confidentiality.
We seek to carefully safeguard your private information and, to that end, restrict
access to non-public personal information about you to our employees and other persons
who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain
physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information.
These controls are reasonably designed to: (i) ensure the security and confidentiality
of investor records and information; (ii) protect against any anticipated threats
or hazards to the security or integrity of investor records and information; and
(iii) protect against unauthorized access to or use of investor records or information
that could result in substantial harm or inconvenience to the investor.
